We are a boutique portrait studio and we limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
We block out our studio for a minimum of two hours for every appointment, hence the need to collect a confirmation or session fee to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients.
SESSION FEES
1. A payment of the session fee is required to book a portrait session.
2. The session fee is 100% refundable for cancellation of the session within 72 hours after booking the session. After that, the fees are non-refundable.
3. Any more than a 20 minute appointment “late show” is automatically rescheduled.
4. The session fee is non-refundable, with any failure to not turn up at a portrait session.
HEADSHOT MINI SESSIONS
1. Prepayment of the full fee is required to schedule. The fee is non-refundable.
2. Any no-show or late appointments (more than 5 minutes) will automatically be rescheduled and receive a studio credit for the amount paid, which can be used towards a future session. When rescheduling, you may not receive the same special offer and may be required to pay the difference in price.
